- javascript will detect the first comment of each file, if exists, the first comment will keep at the begining of the file.
- the text will insert to the begining of all output files.
- once setup the logic, if the condition failed, it will not execute any original logic.
- it will insert non-executed code between orginal statements , to make it more hard to read, and also more bigger output size.
